78 - Product arrived fine no problem with it. Only issue is manner in which a polite email and phone call asking if was any remote possibility of a refund due to a family matter was handled. Being unwilling to even try and be helpful and instead poke fun at the customer is a sure fire way to eliminate repeat business. A simple 'apologies but we do not accept returns for change of mind' was the professional way to deal with our request and we would have completely accepted and understood that.
